Terms and Conditions Use of the 66zz Platform

1Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 66zz, a trusted online gaming platform for Malaysia users. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and 66zz ("Platform", "We").

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 66zz platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you automatically agree to be fully bound by this Agreement.

We recommend that you keep a copy of this document for future reference. Any changes will be communicated via your registered email or an in-platform notice.

2User Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the 66zz services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be a legally eligible individual to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list issued by 66zz or any relevant regulatory body.
• Never have had an account terminated by 66zz due to a prior breach of terms.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms of use and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances and bonuses without compensation.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. False or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure.

3Account Security

Your account security is a shared responsibility between you and our platform. 66zz protects your account with 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication (2FA), but there are important steps you must follow:

• Keep your password confidential — do not share it with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Change your password regularly, at least once every three months.
• Log out of the platform after every session, especially when using a public or shared device.
• Report to the 66zz support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.

66zz is not responsible for any losses resulting from a user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 66zz platform are subject to the following rules:

• The minimum deposit is RM10 and can be made via FPX, online banking, e-wallets, and other payment methods listed on the platform.
• All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as your 66zz account KYC information.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed within 1–24 hours on business days, subject to completion of the identity verification (KYC) process.
• 66zz reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing for security review if account activity is deemed suspicious.

Users who have not completed the KYC verification process may experience withdrawal limits until the process is finalized. Please ensure that uploaded identification documents are clear and valid.

5Bonuses & Promotions

66zz offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to registered members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover requirement) as detailed on their respective promotions page. The following general terms apply:

• The welcome bonus is only available to new members making their first deposit.
• Rollover requirements must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus funds is permitted.
• One account, one IP address, one device, and one bank account number are eligible for only one bonus claim per promotion.
• 66zz reserves the right to void any bonus if promotional abuse is suspected.
• Bonus value cannot be transferred to other users or redeemed directly as cash.

Any attempt to abuse the promotions system — including the use of multiple accounts, false information, or coordination with other users to exploit bonuses — will be considered fraud and subject to strict action, including account freezing and forfeiture of all balances.

6Game Rules

All games available on the 66zz platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) and/or live game systems operated by licensed providers. General game rules are as follows:

• The outcome of all games is final once a game round is completed.
• Any technical disruption during gameplay will be handled in accordance with the replay or cancellation policy set by the relevant game provider.
• Bets placed cannot be cancelled once a game round has begun.
• The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are stated within the game interface itself.
• 66zz is not responsible for any loss of internet connection on the player's end during an active gaming session.

7Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the 66zz platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human method to interact with the platform.
• Hacking, probing system vulnerabilities, or attempting to access restricted areas of the platform.
• Registering multiple accounts for yourself or others to abuse bonuses.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal activity through the platform.
• Using credit card or bank account details that do not belong to you to make deposits.
• Spreading misleading or false information about 66zz to other users.
• Selling, transferring, or licensing your account to a third party.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where circumstances require.

8Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content on the 66zz platform — including designs, graphics, logos, text, software code, brand names, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 66zz or the respective content providers.

• You are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or using any platform content for commercial purposes without written consent from 66zz.
• Use of the 66zz brand name or logo for third-party promotional purposes is prohibited without a formal agreement.
• Links to the 66zz platform are permitted for personal reference purposes; however, framing our website within another website is strictly prohibited.

Any infringement of 66zz intellectual property rights will be handled in accordance with applicable law, and we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action.

9Privacy & Personal Data Protection

66zz takes the protection of users' personal data seriously in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Information you provide during registration and use of the platform is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with Privacy Policy us.

• We use 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmission between your device and our servers.
• You have the right to request access to your personal data, request corrections, or apply for data deletion in accordance with the provisions of the PDPA.

10Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, 66zz is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gaming activity on our platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including third-party server failures, natural disasters, or internet outages.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform.
• Actions or omissions by third-party game providers that offer games through the 66zz platform.

Under no circumstances shall 66zz's maximum liability to any user exceed the amount of active unused deposits in the relevant account at the time of the incident.

11Account Closure & Suspension

66zz reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any term within this Agreement.
• Confirmation that the user is an individual under 18 years of age.
• Fraudulent activity or any attempt to deceive the platform or other users.
• Requests from law enforcement agencies or relevant authorities.
• Account deletion requests submitted by the user through official customer support channels.

Users may also voluntarily close their account by contacting the 66zz support team. Valid balances will be returned once all withdrawal conditions are met and there are no outstanding security issues.

In the event of closure due to a terms violation, 66zz reserves the right to forfeit all outstanding balances, bonuses, and unprocessed wins without any compensation.

12Amendment of Terms and Conditions

66zz reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, except for material amendments which will be communicated at least 7 days before taking effect.

Amendment notification methods include:

• In-platform notifications on 66zz when you are logged in.
• Email to the registered address on your account.
• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Continued use of the 66zz platform after any amendment takes effect will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia with appropriate jurisdiction.
